By using the Allura Medicinals, Inc. website ("Site") and services ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, accepted, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Site, Services, and products offered by Allura Medicinals, Inc. ("Allura Medicinals," "we," "our," or "us"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
Agreement to Terms
Your use of the Site and Services constitutes your express agreement to these Terms. We may update these Terms periodically; any changes will be posted here and are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Site and Services after changes signifies acceptance.
Your Relationship with Allura Medicinals
Allura Medicinals sells prescription and non-prescription skincare medications directly to consumers. Healthcare services are provided by licensed healthcare providers employed or contracted through MDI, a professional corporation. Allura Medicinals is not a healthcare provider and does not practice medicine. Any medical diagnosis or treatment advice you receive via our Site or Services is solely from licensed healthcare providers affiliated with MDI.
You may establish a doctor-patient relationship with a healthcare provider through the Services. However, your relationship with Allura Medicinals is limited to a customer relationship related to the use of the Site and purchase of products.
Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
By using our Services, you agree that any disputes between you and Allura Medicinals, MDI, or healthcare providers will be resolved by binding, individual arbitration. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
Prior to initiating arbitration, you agree to contact Allura Medicinals at support@alluramedicinals.com to try to resolve any dispute informally. If unresolved within 60 days, either party may commence arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Raleigh, NC. Arbitration shall be conducted individually and not as a class action.
You can opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by sending an email to support@alluramedicinals.com stating your intent to opt out.
Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
Consumer Protection Compliance
Allura Medicinals, Inc. is committed to complying with the North Carolina Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act and all other applicable consumer protection laws. We strive to deal fairly, transparently, and in good faith with all customers.
Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship prescription and non-prescription products within the United States. Orders are processed after all required documents and prescriptions are verified. Shipping timeframes are estimates only, and Allura Medicinals is not liable for carrier delays or delivery errors caused by customer input.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, along with tracking information. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Refund and Return Policy
Prescription products are non-returnable once dispensed, except where required by law. Non-prescription products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unopened and in original condition. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
To request a refund or replacement, contact support@alluramedicinals.com with your order details. We will consider all refund requests on a case by case basis. Refund requests due to lack of efficacy will not be considered until the product has been used, as directed, for two months. Returned products must be sent back at the customer's expense unless otherwise required by law.

By using our Site, you agree to our Privacy Policy and Notice of Privacy Practices. Communications via email and SMS are not guaranteed to be encrypted.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use our Site and Services only for lawful purposes. Unauthorized use including abuse, spamming, hacking, or impersonation is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.
Changes to the Site or Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site or any Services at any time without notice. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.
